We process, edit, and enhance video content according to client specifications, incorporating various editing techniques, effects, transitions, and other post-production elements as requested by the client.
Our specific services include, but are not limited to, video editing for YouTube and other social media platforms, vertical video editing for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, thumbnail design, channel management services, and branding services. The exact scope of services will be determined by the package or service tier you select and any additional services you request.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
4. Payment Terms and Transaction Processing
All payments must be made in advance of services being rendered. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our authorized payment processor. By providing your payment information, you:
- Represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
- Acknowledge that payment information is handled directly by Stripe
- Understand that payment processing is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy
Transaction Processing Timeline:
- Payment Authorization: Immediate upon submission
- Payment Capture: Upon successful authorization
- Service Initiation: After payment confirmation
- Refund Processing (if applicable): 5-7 business days
Currency and Pricing:
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
- International transactions may incur additional bank or conversion fees
- Such additional fees are not controlled by or refundable by us
Payment Security:
- All transactions are encrypted and processed securely
- We comply with international payment security standards
- We do not store your complete payment information
- Card data is handled directly by Stripe
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Prices for our services are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance of implementation.
5. Service Delivery and Project Timelines
We strive to deliver all projects within our stated turnaround times. Standard delivery for long-form videos (horizontal) is typically 3-5 business days, while short-form video delivery (vertical) is typically 36-48 hours. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the complexity and type of edit requested. These timeframes begin once we have received all necessary materials and information from you in the correct format.
Project timelines may be extended if:
- Additional information or materials are required from you
- Revisions are requested that exceed the scope of the original project
- Technical issues arise that require additional processing time
- Force majeure events occur that are beyond our control
We will communicate any delays or timeline changes to you as soon as possible through our project management system.
6. Client Materials and Content Rights
You retain all ownership rights to the original content you provide to us. By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited license to modify, edit, and alter the content as necessary to provide our services. This license expires upon completion of the project and delivery of the final files to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, any music, images, videos, logos, or other proprietary materials included in your content.
7. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
Our editing techniques, processes, workflows, project management systems, and other operational methods constitute our intellectual property and trade secrets. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how, or other information from our services.
The Your Video Editor name, logo, website, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
8. Non-Solicitation Agreement
During the term of our services and for twelve (12) months afterward, you agree not to directly or indirectly:
- Solicit or attempt to solicit any of our employees or contractors
- Hire or attempt to hire any of our employees or contractors
- Encourage any of our employees or contractors to leave their employment or engagement with us
- Contract directly with any of our employees or contractors for services similar to those we provide
This provision is considered a material term of our agreement, and any violation may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Video Editor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
a) Your use or inability to use our services b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein c) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services d) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services e) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services
10. Service Restrictions and Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:
- Exceeds 60 minutes in length
- Contains adult content or explicit material
- Violates any laws or platform guidelines
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Promotes hate speech or discrimination
- Contains malicious or harmful content
We also do not edit wedding videos or provide certain specialized editing services outside our core offerings. Please consult our service descriptions for a complete list of available services.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, your unpublished content, business strategies, and any other proprietary information you share with us.

12. Term and Termination

13. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

- Formal Resolution: • If direct resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration • Arbitration will be conducted under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 • The arbitration shall take place in Mumbai, India • Proceedings shall be conducted in English • The arbitration panel shall consist of a sole arbitrator • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties
- Payment Disputes: • Must be raised within 30 days of the transaction • Will be handled according to Stripe’s dispute resolution procedures • Supporting documentation may be required • Chargebacks will be contested if services were delivered as specified
- Jurisdiction: • These terms are governed by Indian law • Courts in Jamshedpur, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction • You consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
This dispute resolution provision shall survive any termination of your use of our services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had.
