Our service delivery operates on clearly defined timelines to ensure transparent and efficient processing of all orders. Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Long-form video editing services: 3-5 business days
- Short-form video editing services: 36-48 hours
- Rush delivery services: Available upon request at additional cost
These timelines begin only after we have received all necessary materials, confirmed payment, and obtained clarity on all project requirements.
The actual processing time may vary based on the complexity of the edit requested, the current project volume, and any specific customization requirements. We will communicate any anticipated delays or timeline adjustments promptly through our project management system. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding recognized Indian national holidays.
Cancellation Terms and Procedures
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel a service you’ve ordered. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair to both our clients and our business operations. If you need to cancel your order before we begin the editing process, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Such requests must be submitted via email to [email protected], and upon approval, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Once our editing team has commenced work on your project, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. This policy exists because we allocate dedicated resources and begin investing time and expertise into your project immediately upon commencement. However, your project credits will remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date, allowing you to use them for future projects within that timeframe.
For clients subscribed to our monthly services, we require cancellation notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period. All pending projects must be completed or formally cancelled before the subscription termination takes effect.
Refund Eligibility and Process
We maintain strict quality standards for our video editing services and will issue refunds in specific circumstances where we fail to meet our service obligations.
Refunds are available in the following cases:

Once a service has been delivered according to the specified requirements, it is considered complete and non-refundable. Unused credits that expire after 90 days from purchase are also non-refundable.

The expiration date for your credits is clearly displayed in your account dashboard.
These credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash or other services. We prohibit the sale or exchange of credits between users to maintain the integrity of our service system and ensure quality control.
Quality Assurance Guarantee
We take pride in delivering high-quality video editing services and stand behind our work. If you receive work that doesn’t meet our technical quality standards, you must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. When reporting quality concerns, please provide specific examples of technical problems to help us address them effectively. We reserve the right to one opportunity to correct any technical issues identified. If we cannot resolve legitimate technical issues after attempting corrections, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Payment Processing and Security
